The spacious and light ground floor
Bedrooms
The bathroom features twin sinks and a stylish modern bathtub where you can soak whilst looking out onto the sea.
A corridor leads to a large dressing room, a shower room with fabulous mirrors, a separate toilet and a walk-in shower.
The rooms are all beautifully and uniquely designed to offer guests a calm and relaxing experience.
The sleeping areas of the villa consist of five bedrooms located on the lower floor: a Master bedroom, two identical side-by-side bedrooms, and an isolated bedroom. An additional double bed is also available for any potential guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, totaling six double beds. The villa also offers five bathrooms.
Therefore, the villa can accommodate up to twelve people. The five bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters.
Two beautifully curved French doors lead directly to the garden and the terrace, with outdoor seating and a large parasol.

For champagne and white wine enthusiasts, a special wine fridge is available, ensuring optimal preservation of our selection. Additionally, our cellar, located underground on the lower level north facade and accessible via the former studio, houses a variety of wines and spirits.
