Standing at 37 meters tall, the Trézien lighthouse, built in 1894 entirely from granite extracted from the region, ensures safe navigation in the Chenal du Four channel. From the top of its 182 steps, you can admire the Molène archipelago and the island of Ouessant, imagining yourself as its keeper lighting its beacon with a range of 32 km (20 nautical miles).
The surroundings of Locmaria-Plouzané have several lighthouses to visit.
